My walking total is 43.67 miles.
Last week I also did three intense short workouts.
Today, I went to the gym (30 day free membership! sweet!) and walked 30 minutes, biked 30 minutes, and did the arm bike for 30 minutes! Whew! My whole body got a workout with cardio!
I also weighed after my workout; that will be the new weigh in.
Back up to 219, but I am determined NOT to ever see 220 again and plan to lose 3-5 pounds this week. So, easy come easy go! That is my philosophy.
