I'm Back....Easing in to It

Hey everybody,
First, thank you for all of your support! You are amazing! After spending a week with Spicy (we never got a picture! :( ), I got home last night. I decided to weigh this morning. It has been 13 days since my last weigh in and I have not been doing anything or eating as good as I should. Last weigh in was 212.0, today I weigh 212.6!

I am actually happy with that and relieved. I expected it to be MUCH higher! I'm ready to slowly get back into it, so this week I'll shoot for 1.6 pounds! I think that is realistic with eating a correct diet. I won't be working out this week, but I am up and moving!

I really liked how Spicy did her goals a while ago, so here are my weight loss goals. I have other goals for measuring and fitness, too, but I'll post those later.

  1. YAY! Goals! Gotta love them! :D I'm so proud of you Spunky! And that is great! A good realistic goal for this week too. I can't wait till you can get back to working out though. :) Thanks for coming to visit, I miss you already. I'm sad we didn't get a picture either. Darn it. Next time. :)

  2. Hey Spunky! SO GLAD you are up and moving! That is a relief to me (and you, I am sure!) Glad to see REALISTIC and ACHIEVEABLE goals! Just eat well - that is 80% of it - can't wait for you to try the Dr. OZ approved 7 day one! :) Soulds like it makes you healthy and feeling great! But - make healthy choices - more fruits and vegies first and other stuff after you fill up a bit - that helps. You can do it - go for it! Use the Olympics to inspire you to achieve your dreams and goals! You are a strong woman, Spunky - so make it happen! LOVE YOU!
