C25K Day 3a.... *tears*

Man, I thought Tuesday was hard....that was nothing compared to today. I just simply didn't want to. I was also tired and hungry. But, I did it anyway. My left ankle that I injured terribly last summer was screaming at me the whole time. So much, in fact, that I had to slow my "jog" down to 3.2! What?! I usually can walk at 3.2.

Tears welled up, I kept going, I ended breathing harder than I normally do (because of the pain) and stretched it out. I am so mad, disappointed, sad, etc.

I think I am going to take Saturday off of C25K and NOT progress to the next level until my ankle can handle this level for longer than 5 workouts.

  1. I am so proud of you Spunky! You still did it even though you didn't want to! That is great! I'm sorry about the ankle pain. I know how that feels but as your ankle gets stronger that will go away. Do some strengthening exercises for it and wear an ankle brace if you need to. I love you! Keep up the fantastic work, babe. ;)
